摘要
目的采集不同品种的葡萄,通过适当的检测方法了解其11种金属元素的含量。方法通过前处理及微波消解后,利用原子吸收光谱仪及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定不同种类葡萄中的K、Na、Mg、Al、Mn、Fe、Cr、Cd、Zn、Pb、Ca的含量。其中Pb、Cd、Cr 3种元素用原子吸收石墨炉法进行测定。K用原子吸收火焰法进行测定,其余元素均用等离子体发射光谱仪法进行测定。结果不同种类葡萄的不同金属元素含量有一些差异,总体来说K含量最高并且远高于其他种类金属元素,是能很好补充K营养元素的水果。Pb、Cr、Cd 3种重金属元素含量很低并且所检测样品均未超过国家食品污染物限量标准,Na、Al、Cr、Zn在一些品种的葡萄中含量低于方法检出限。结论通过该方法可以有效地用于葡萄中多种金属含量的测定。
Objective Different varieties of grapes were collected to understand the contents of 11 metal elements by appropriate detection methods. Methods After pretreatment and microwave digestion,determination of K,Na,Mg,Al,Mn,Fe,Cr,Cd,Zn,Pb and Ca in different grape types were conducted by atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Among them,three elements including Pb,Cd and Cr were determined by atomic absorption graphite furnace method. The element K is determined by atomic absorption flame method,and the remaining elements were all measured by plasma emission spectrometry. Results There are some differences in the contents of different metal elements between different types of grapes. Overall,the content of K is the highest and much higher than other types of metal elements.The grape is a fruit that can supply K nutrients well. The contents of the three heavy metal elements including Pb,Cr and Cd were very low and the tested samples did not exceed the national food pollutant limit standard,and the contents of Na,Al,Cr and Zn in some varieties of Portuguese are lower than the method detection limit. Conclusion This method can be effectively used for the determination of various metal contents in grapes.
