乡村振兴背景下民族特色村寨特色产业发展探析

An Analysis of the Development of Characteristic Industries in Ethnic Villages under the Background of Rural Revitalization

特色产业是民族地区乡村振兴过程中实现产业兴旺的基础。本文以贵州省纳雍县枪杆岩村为例,总结了该村立足自身优势,积极探索特色产业发展之路,分析了该村产业发展中面临的村民自我发展积极性和主动性不够、劳动力不足、乡村振兴的动力不强、产业结构单一以致抗风险能力不高等问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

The development of characteristic industries is the foundation for realizing industrial prosperity in the process of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Qiangganyan Village,Nayong County,Guizhou Province,based on its own advantages,actively explored the development of characteristic industries,and gradually formed a fruit planting industry dominated by cherries,which initially highlighted the momentum of industry prosperity,but at the same time faced the enthusiasm and initiative of villagers for self-development Insufficiency,lack of labor,weak motivation for rural revitalization,and single industrial structure,resulting in low risk resistance.Attention should be paid to enhancing the awareness of farmers as masters and confirming the status of farmers as the mainstay;striving to cultivate talents to create an excellent"three rural"work force;actively promoting agricultural insurance to ensure stable income for farmers.
