单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子对高血压脑出血术后神经功能和炎症因子的影响观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子对高血压脑出血术后患者神经功能和炎症因子的影响。方法:88例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,均行手术治疗,术后给予常规治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,对照组单用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗,疗程3周。比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、改良式肢体运动功能量表(FMA)评分,以及白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)等炎症因子水平变化,观察药品不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分和FMA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且观察组ADL及FMA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-10水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);且观察组血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗可有效降低炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-10水平,减轻脑损伤,促进受损神经修复,改善患者预后。 Objective: To investigate the effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with rat nerve growth factor on nerve function and inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Totally 88 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2019 were prospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group( 44 cases in each group). They were treated with the routine treatment after surgery. On this basis,the observation group was treated with monosialotetrahexylganglioside and rat nerve growth factor,while the control group was treated with monosialotetrahexylganglioside alone. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. The NIHSS score,ADL score,Fugel-Meyer score,and IL-1β,IFN-γ and IL-10 levels were assessed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: After treatment,NIHSS,ADL and FMA scores of two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment( P<0.05),ADL and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P<0.05),and NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group( P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IFN-γ and IL-10 of two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P< 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion: Monosialic acid tetrahexylganglioside combined with rat nerve growth factor can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors including TNF-α,IL-1β,IFN-γ and IL-10,reduce brain injury,promote the repair of damaged nerve,and improve patient’s prognosis.
