中药党参药效活性成分的质量控制研究进展

Research Progress in Quality Control of Active Components in Codonopsis Pilosula

党参是我国常用的一种传统补益类中药,且药食两用,是补脾肺气虚要药,常作为人参代用品,在临床上广泛应用。其主要含有糖类、生物碱类、聚炔类、苷类及萜类等成分,具有免疫调节、改善胃溃疡、抗炎、抗氧化、调节糖脂代谢及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。近年来关于党参的质量控制研究较零散,且所研究的指标性成分未与药理活性相关联,查阅PubMed、中国知网等文献数据库中近5年的相关国内外文献,归纳党参的化学成分与现代药理作用之间的联系,重点总结了党参中有明显药效的活性成分质量控制方法进展,以期为党参深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

Codonopsis pilosula is a kind of traditional tonic Chinese medicine commonly used in our country. It can be used for both medicine and food. It is an essential medicine for invigorating spleen and lung qi deficiency. It is often used as a substitute of ginseng and widely used in clinical application. It mainly contains saccharides,alkaloids,polyacetylenes,glycosides and terpenes. It has many pharmacological effects,such as immune regulation,improving gastric ulcer,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,regulating glycolipid metabolism and anti-tumor. In recent years,the relevant researches on the quality control of Codonopsis pilosula seem to be somewhat scattered,and the index components studied are not related to the pharmacological activities. Based on the brief introduction of the relationship between the chemical components of Codonopsis pilosula and the modern pharmacological actions,this paper mainly summarized the current situation of the quality control methods for the active components of Codonopsis pilosula in order to provide reference for the in-depth research,development and utilization of Codonopsis pilosula.
