十月革命后,面临严峻的国内外形势,列宁极富前瞻性地认识到,无线电广播这一新兴媒体是最有利于打破距离、纸张等物质条件限制的宣传工具。之后在他的关怀与指示下,以国家为主体的无线电广播技术研发和实验发展迅猛,国有国营的无线电广播业也于1922年正式起步,并肩负起了为社会主义建设鼓与呼的任务。本文通过分析列宁的无线电广播思想、相关指示与苏联广播实践之间的内在关联,意在确立列宁对苏联广播的特殊贡献,并为新时代中国特色社会主义建设的新闻传播实践提供有益思路。

After the October Revolution(1917),faced with a severe situation at home and abroad,Lenin recognized with great foresight that the development of radio broadcasting,a new medium,was the most conducive to breaking the physical constraints of distance and paper than other propaganda tools.Later,under his care and guidance,the country-based research and experimental development of radio broadcasting technology are developing rapidly.The state-owned radio broadcasting industry also started in 1922 and shouldered the task of propaganda and encouragement for socialist construction.This paper intends to make clear about Vladimir Lenin’s special contribution to Soviet broadcasting by analyzing the internal relationship between Vladimir Lenin’s radio broadcasting thought,relevant instructions and Soviet broadcasting practice.At the same time,it will also provide useful ideas for the news media practice of the construction on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
