网络公共事件中社会认同的特征与生发机制研究

Research on the Characteristics and Social Mechanism of Social Identity in Internet Public Events

本文以"8·24乐清女孩乘车遇害案"网络舆情为研究案例,从事件的起源、发展、高潮、结局四个阶段,分析网络公共事件中社会认同的触发、推进、放大和阻动机制。研究发现,网络社会认同的演变经过缺场空间、经验传递、节点引导和权力辐辏四个机制的影响,具有过渡性、共振性、节点性和引流性四个特征。新的媒体形态不断改变着人们的行为方式和话语状态,缺场空间的信息交流和经验传递产生超越个人或群体的网络社会认同,当触及个人或群体或社会的情绪痛点时,这种社会认同形成强大的精神力量,影响公众的舆论表达和社会秩序的重构,产生现实的影响力。

This article uses the online public opinion of the"8.24 Leqing Girl Murder Case"as a research case,and analyzes the triggering,advancing,amplifying and blocking mechanisms of social identity in online public events from the four stages of the event’s origin,development,climax and outcome.The study finds out that the evolution of the network social identity has four characteristics:transition,resonance,node,and drainage,which are influenced by the four mechanisms of absence space,experience transfer,node guidance,and power convergence.New media forms continue to change people’s behavior and discourse status.Information exchange and experience transfer in the absence of space generate network social identities that transcend individuals or groups.When social pain points of individuals or groups or societies are touched,this social identity will form a powerful spiritual force,affect the public expression of public opinion and the reconstruction of social order,and produce realistic influence.
