机载产品振动试验的夹具动特性要求与分析 被引量:1

摘要 振动试验是验证机载产品环境适应性、使用可靠性的关键环节,振动夹具的优良动特性是振动试验能否成功、试验结果是否可靠的关键因素。以GJB150.16A为基础,阐述了不同机载产品振动夹具的动特性要求,以及夹具动特性有限元分析的理论基础和实施步骤。针对两种不同的机载产品,研究了振动夹具的固有频率和振型、频响传递特性、不同夹持传递点处的响应正交性和差异性。仿真结果验证了夹具的正确性和有效性。 Vibration test is a key step to verify the environmental adaptability and operational reliability of airborne products,and the excellent dynamic characteristics of the vibration fixture are the key factors for the success of the vibration test and the reliability of the test results.In this paper,based on GJB150.16A,the requirements of dynamic characteristics of vibration fixture for different airborne products were described,and the theoretical basis and implementation steps of finite element analysis of dynamic characteristics of fixture were discussed.Aiming at two different airborne products,the natural frequency and mode shape,frequency response transmission characteristics,response orthogonality and difference at different clamping transfer points were investigated.Simulation results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the fixture.
