基于ANSYS的瓦楞辊的结构优化

摘要 通过SolidWorks对瓦楞辊三维建模,应用ANSYS对瓦楞辊进行有限元分析,得到瓦楞辊变形最大的位置。通过对瓦楞辊变形最大处分析,对瓦楞辊相应位置进行结构优化,使得瓦楞辊最大变形减小。此外,还对瓦楞辊进行了模态分析,得到了瓦楞辊的固有频率和振型情况。 The three-dimensional modeling of the corrugating roller is carried out by SolidWorks,and the finite element analysis is performed on the corrugating roller with ANSYS,and the position of the corrugating roller with the largest deformation is obtained.By analyzing the maximum deformation of the corrugating roller,the corresponding position of the corrugating roller is optimized to reduce the maximum deformation of the corrugating roller Inaddition,the modal analysis of the corrugated roller is carried out,and the natural frequency and formation of the corrugated roller are obtained.
