摘要
针对某新型直驱悬挂式单轨车辆转向架,对转向架构架的强度以及疲劳寿命进行了分析。首先根据EN13749的相关标准计算相对应的超常载荷应力以及正常载荷应力;然后利用SolidWorks进行构架建模,并导入Hypermesh进行网格划分;之后导入ANSYS软件进行应力分析;最后运用MATLAB软件对构架进行疲劳强度分析。结果表明:构架应力最大点位于枕粱下半部弯曲处,构架整体满足强度要求与疲劳要求。
For a new type of direct-drive suspension monorail vehicle bogie,the strength and fatigue life of its bogie frame are analyzed.First calculate the corresponding abnormal load stress and normal load stress according to the relevant standards of EN13749.Then use SolidWorks for structural modeling,and import Hypermesh for meshing.Then,import ANSYS software for stress analysis.Finally,use MATLAB software to analyze the fatigue strength of the frame.The results show that the maximum stress of the frame is located at the bend of the lower half of the bolster,and the frame as a whole meets the requirements of strength and fatigue.
