摘要
首先简单阐述了国内外充电装置的研究现状,然后进行了多级剪叉式新型充电大巴受电弓架的设计,受电弓主要由剪叉支架、上端固定支座、驱动装置、下端工作平台四大部分构成。剪叉支架由四级剪叉臂构成,并简单分析了其运动过程;上端固定支座起到支撑固定的作用;驱动装置采用电动推杆进行驱动;由于下端工作平台主要承受载荷,所以对其进行了强度校核。最后对受电弓进行有限元分析,为今后的机构优化奠定了一定的基础。
Current research status of charging devices at home and abroad is briefly described.Then the design of a new multi-stage scissors-type charging bus pantograph frame is carried out.The pantograph mainly consists of four parts:the scissors frame,the upper fixed support,the driving device,and the lower working platform.The shear fork support is composed of 4-level shear fork arms,and the movement process is analyzed simply.The upper fixed support plays the role of supporting and fixing.The driving device is driven by electric push.Because the lower working platform mainly bears the load,the strength of the platform is checked.At last,the finite element analysis of the pantograph is carried out to lay a foundation for the optimization of the mechanism in the future.
