基于混凝土预搅拌过程中绿色除尘工艺的探析

Analysis of Green Dust Removal Technology Based on Concrete Premixing

针对传统送料及混凝土预搅拌过程中会产生大量粉尘以及预搅拌过程存在搅拌不均匀、无法知晓搅拌质量等问题,依据作业要求,设计了混凝土预搅拌绿色除尘工艺,对送料及混凝土预搅拌过程进行实时监控,并对生产数据实时分析,同时设置自动喷雾系统及异常情况自动报警系统。试验结果表明:该工艺提高了混凝土的搅拌质量,同时有效降低了粉尘的产生。

In view of the large amount of dust generated during the traditional feeding and concrete pre-mixing process,uneven mixing and the inability to know the mixing quality in the pre-mixing process,a green dust removal process for concrete pre-mixing was designed according to operational requirements.Real-time monitoring of the feeding and concrete pre-mixing process,real-time analysis of production data,and automatic spray system and automatic alarm system for abnormal conditions have been set up.The test results show that this process improves the mixing quality of concrete,while effectively reducing the generation of dust.
