摘要 为了解决传统后装式压缩垃圾车上装电气控制系统中控制杂乱、操作困难等问题,通过对后装式压缩垃圾车的控制需求研究,结合当前后装式压缩垃圾车电气控制系统的发展现状,设计了以PLC为核心、以组态触摸屏为上位机,并结合车辆本地PTO电气改装接口的控制系统。该系统控制简单,操作方便,稳定性好,为后装式压缩垃圾车上装电气控制系统的设计与实现提供了良好的参考与借鉴。 The upperstructure electrical control system installed on the traditional back-loading compression garbage truck has problems such as messy control and difficult operation.This paper designs a control system based on the research on the controlrequirements of the back-loading compression garbage truck and combined with the current development status of the electrical control system of the back-loading compression garbage truck.The system takes the PLC as the core,configures the touch screen as the host computer,and combines the vehicle's local PTO electrical modification interface,with simple control,convenient operation and good stability.It provides a good reference and reference for the design and realization of the electrical control system of the back-loading compression garbage truck.
