摘要
胶带输送机是煤矿开采中必不可少的运输装备,其自动化水平对采煤效率有着重要影响。设计了胶带输送机的自动控制系统,对控制系统的总体结构、硬件设计和软件设计进行了全面的分析。将自动控制系统应用到胶带输送机工程实践中,取得了较好的应用效果。
Belt conveyor is an indispensable transportation equipment in coal mining,and its level of automation has an important impact on coal mining efficiency.The automatic control system of the belt conveyor is designed,and the overall structure,hardware design and software design of the control system are comprehensively analyzed.The automatic control system is applied to the engineering practice of the belt conveyor,and a good application effect has been achieved.
