摘要
将更加先进的计算机控制技术应用于现有井下供电监控系统中,已成为当前保障供电系统中设备运行效率及安全性的关键。根据三元煤业现有井下供电监控系统的特点,开展了煤矿监控系统的总体设计及关键分系统升级改造,并进行了实际应用测试。测试结果表明:该监控系统具有更高的控制性能,有效降低了供电设备的故障率及停机时间,为企业节约了大量费用,保障了供电设备的运行安全,具有重要的市场推广价值。
The application of more advanced computer control technology to the existing underground power supply monitoring system has become the key to ensure the operation efficiency and safety of the equipment in the current power supply system.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the existing underground power supply monitoring system in the ternary coal industry,the overall design and key subsystem upgrading design of the coal mine monitoring system are carried out,and the actual application test is carried out in the coal mine.The results show that the monitoring system has higher control performance,effectively reduces the failure rate and downtime of power supply equipment,and saves a large amount of expenses for the enterprise It ensures the operation safety of power supply equipment and has important market promotion value.
