刮板运输机变频控制技术研究与改进

Research and Improvement of Frequency Conversion Control Technology of Scraper Transport Machine

刮板运输机是煤矿生产中用到的重要运输设备,一般配合采煤机、皮带运输机等完成井下煤矿散料的运输。首先结合煤矿生产的特点,对刮板运输机的变频技术进行研究,分析变频控制技术原理,并指出刮板运输机变频技术在使用中存在的难题;在此基础上,以PLC作为核心,选择适合本系统的电源模块和数模转换模块,设计刮板运输机变频控制器,从硬件入手增加系统的抗干扰能力,并介绍了一系列的抗干扰措施。

Scraper conveyor is an important transportation equipment used in coal mine production.Generally,it cooperates with the work of coal shearers and belt conveyors to complete the transportation of bulk coal in underground mines.In this paper,first,the characteristics of coal mine production are studied,the frequency conversion technology of the scraper conveyor is studied,the principle of the frequency conversion control technology is analyzed,and the problems in the use of the frequency conversion technology of the scraper conveyor are pointed out.Based on this,PLC is the core.,Select the power supply module and digital-to-analog conversion module suitable for this system,design the inverter controller of the scraper conveyor,start with the hardware to increase the anti-interference ability of the system,and introduce a series of anti-interference measures.
