来氟米特致重症药疹1例

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,42岁,因"间断发热伴皮疹8年余,再发加重10天"于2018年11月14日入院。患者8年前被明确诊断为成人斯蒂尔病(adult onset Still’s disease,AOSD),予激素及甲氨蝶呤规律治疗有效。2018年9月10日再次出现发热,完善检查考虑疾病复发,将甲泼尼龙片加量至40 mg·d-1,同时停用甲氨蝶呤.
