Clinical Application of Drug Expiration Date Management with Vmax Automatic Drug Delivery System

目的:运用全自动发药系统,实现药品效期的精确管理。方法:通过对全自动发药系统管理药品效期的原理进行分析,研究其对药品效期追踪、近效先出、失效锁定的功能,制定药品效期精确管理的解决方案。结果:通过对上机冷藏药品、拆零药品的的效期管理,保证其质量;通过效期预警、过期锁定、效期检查和上机药品的库存设定,保证了用药安全,减少了近效期药品的产生。结论:通过优化全自动发药系统的效期管理,实现了我院所有上机药品"按身份识别药品效期"、"近效期药品先出"、"过期药品自动锁定"的精确管理;降低了药品报废率。

Objective: To realize the precise management of drug expiration date by using Vmax automatic drug delivery system.Methods: Based on the analysis of the principle of the automatic drug delivery system for the management of drug expiration date,the functions of tracking drug expiration date,first out of near effective date drugs and locking expired drugs were studied,and solutions for accurate management of drug expiration date were developed. Results: Through the expiration date management of refrigerated drugs and disassembled drugs,the quality of drugs was guaranteed;through the expiration warning,expiration locking,expiration inspection and inventory setting of drugs on the machine,the medication safety was ensured and the production of near effective date drugs was reduced.Conclusion: By optimizing the drug expiration date management on the automatic drug delivery system,the accurate management such as identifying the drug expiration by identity,first out of the near effective date drugs and automatically locking expired drugs in our hospital has been realized to reduce drug scrap rate.
