社会工作介入农村贫困家庭文化代际传递研究——以赣南C村为例

Social Work Intervening in the Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty Culture in Rural Families——Based on the Research of the C Village in Gannan

贫困文化的代际传递是农村贫困家庭在一定的社会生活环境作用下产生的结果,也是农村贫困家庭长期难以从根本上摆脱贫困的原因。在我国脱贫攻坚工作已经取得一定成效,并进入以相对贫困和特殊贫困群体为特点的"后扶贫时期"的时间节点上,文章阐述了贫困文化及贫困文化的代际传递概念,通过对赣南C村家庭贫困文化的外在表现来认识其农村贫困家庭的价值观念,进一步分析C村家庭贫困文化对子女的代际传递影响。最后尝试从社会工作的角度探寻介入C村家庭贫困文化代际传递的有效路径,帮助农村家庭走出贫困文化圈,减少和预防农村家庭贫困文化的代际传递,解决相对贫困问题,为后扶贫时期的社会工作发展提供思路。

The intergenerational transmission of poverty culture is the result of rural poor families under the influence of a certain social living environment,and it is also the reason why rural poor families have long been unable to get rid of poverty fundamentally.At the time when my country’s poverty alleviation work has achieved certain results and entered the"post-poverty alleviation period"characterized by relatively poor and special poverty groups,the article elaborated on the concept of poverty culture and the intergenerational transmission of poverty culture.The external manifestations of the poverty culture of the village family are used to understand the values of the poor rural families,and further analyze the impact of the poverty culture of the C village family on the intergenerational transmission of children.Finally,try to explore effective ways to intervene in the intergenerational transmission of poverty culture in village C families from the perspective of social work,help rural families to get out of the poverty cultural circle,reduce and prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty culture in rural families,solve the relative poverty problem,and provide ideas for the development of social work in post-poverty alleviation period.
