摘要
为提高自动化集装箱码头AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)作业效率,考虑电驱动AGV空、重载耗电差异及非线性充电的特点,对AGV的充电过程对其调度的影响进行分析,建立以总任务时间最短为目标的AGV调度模型。通过Python求解算例发现,机会充电模式下,AGV的机会充电区间为75%~85%时,总任务时间及AGV平均充电时长最短,AGV利用率最高。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)in automated container terminals,considering the power consumption difference and nonlinear charging characteristics of electrically driven AGV under both no-load and heavy-load conditions,the influence of charging process of AGV on its scheduling is analyzed,and an AGV scheduling model is established with the shortest total time consumption as the object.Using Python to solve the calculation example,it is found that in the charging opportunity mode,when the opportunistic charging interval of AGV is 75%~85%,the total task time and the average charging time of AGV are the shortest,and the utilization rate of AGV is the highest.
