基于18F-FDG PET/CT图像的配准方法研究

摘要 本文基于PET/CT是目前公认的用于确诊癌症及复杂病灶的最有效的方式之一,是人工智能的热点研究领域。图片配准是进行智能诊断的前提。对于PET/CT双时相扫描图像,实现PET原图像和延迟扫描图像的配准是进行智能诊断的前提;对于大脑成像,利用PET/CT图像实现原图像与镜反图像的配准是进行头部非对称性判断进而实现头部病变判断的基础。本文针对这两种情况,对基于18F-FDG PET/CT图像的配准方法进行了系统的研究并提出了基于PET/CT图像的快速配准方法。
