新疆对外贸易结构转型及高质量发展探析

Analysis of Xinjiang Foreign Trade Structure Transformation and High Quality Development

进入21世纪以来,新疆利用区位优势发展了以边境贸易为主的对外贸易,取得了显著成绩,推动了区域经济增长。但在资源开发利用型经济发展模式下形成的产业结构、贸易结构与当前的市场需求不相称,也不符合新发展理念的要求。从对外贸易高质量发展角度,提出保障和完善投资环境、调整产业结构、优化贸易结构、提升市场需求变化应对能力、提高出口商品技术含量和竞争力等举措,为实现新疆对外贸易结构转型及高质量发展提供新的研究视角。

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,Xinjiang has made use of its geographical advantages to promote foreign trade,which is dominated by border trade,and made remarkable achievements to promote regional economic growth.However,the industrial structure and trade structure formed under the economic development mode of resource exploitation and utilization are not commensurate with the current market demand and do not meet the requirements of the new development concept.From the perspective of high-quality development of foreign trade,this paper provides a new research perspective such as protecting and improving the investment environment,adjusting the industrial structure,transforming and optimizing the trade structure,improving the ability to respond to changes in market demand,improving the technical content and competitiveness of export commodities,and achieving high-quality development.
