摘要
目的探讨在儿科病房的护理工作中应用护士个人工作量统计的效果。方法选取34名儿科病房的护士作为研究对象,均制定并实施个人工作量统计及绩效考核,观察实施前后的护理质量及护士满意度情况。结果实施后护士在护理管理、安全管理、工作标准、消毒隔离各个方面的护理质量评分均明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护士的满意度为97.06%(33/34),明显高于实施前的82.35%(28/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科病房的护理工作中,制定并实施护士个人工作量统计方案,能够有效提高护理工作质量以及护士满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of developing and applying the statistical method of nurses'individual workload in the nursing work of pediatric ward.Methods 34 nurses in the pediatric ward were selected as the research objects.Personal workload statistics and performance assessment were developed and implemented for all nurses,and the nursing quality and satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation were observed.Results The nursing quality scores of nurses in nursing management,safety management,working standard,disinfection and isolation were significantly higher after implementation than before(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses after implementation was 97.06%(33/34),which was significantly higher than that before implementation 82.35%(28/34),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing work of pediatric ward,the development and implementation of individual workload statistics program of pediatric nurses can effectively improve the quality of pediatric nursing work and nurse satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
