妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀实施阻碍因素的质性研究

The barriers of a qualitative research of humanistic care for nurse in maternal and child hospital

目的探讨妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀实施的阻碍性因素,为制定培训方案提供参考。方法2019年3月—5月采用质性研究方法对12名福建省某省级妇幼专科医院护士进行面对面的深入访谈,采用Colizzi现象学研究法对资料进行整理分析。结果妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀实施的阻碍性因素可归纳为工作知识缺乏、工作负荷大、患者或家属不信任、职业倦怠、人文关怀培训缺乏等五个主题。结论妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀实施存在诸多阻碍性因素,需要管理者从制度和管理上提供相应的培训。

Objective To explore the barriers of humanistic care for nurse in maternal and child hospital,in order to provide reference for the formulation of targeted interventions.Methods With purposive sampling,we conducted among 12 nurses from maternal and child hospital in Fujian Province in March 2019 to May 2019.The data were analyzed by Colizzi.Results The findings indicated that the barriers of humanistic care for nurse in maternal and child hospital included five themes:lack of work knowledge,heavy workload,distrust of patients or family members,job burnout,lack of humanistic care training.Conclusion There are many barriers in the implementation of humanistic care for nurses in maternal and child hospital,somanagers need to provide corresponding training fromsystemand management.
