社区延续护理干预在提升糖尿病足溃疡患者生活质量及满意度中的应用价值

The application value of community continuous nursing intervention in improving the quality of life and satisfactionof diabetic foot ulcer patients

目的探讨社区延续护理干预在提升糖尿病足溃疡患者生活质量及满意度中的应用价值。方法选择抚州市中医院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的70例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组出院后接受常规社区护理,干预组接受社区延续护理干预,比较2组的生活质量和护理满意度。结果干预前2组的SF-36量表各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后3个月干预组的SF-36量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的护理总满意度为94.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05)。结论社区延续护理干预既能够满足患者的个体化护理需求,还有利于加强护患沟通,为患者生活质量改善打下了坚实的基础,且满意度高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of community continuous nursing intervention in improving the quality of life and satisfaction of diabetic foot ulcer patients.Methods 70 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the time sequence of admission,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine community nursing after discharge,and the intervention group received continuous community nursing intervention.The quality of life(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction(self-designed questionnaire)were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of all dimensions of the sf-36 scale(P>0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the sf-36 scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months after the intervention(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group was 94.0%,significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The community continuous nursing intervention can not only meet the individual nursing needs of patients,but also help to strengthen the communication between nurses and patients,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of patients'quality of life.It is welcomed by patients and has clinical promotion value.
