胸腔镜术后采用16F胃管替代胸腔引流管对食管癌术后疼痛的影响观察

The effect of 16F gastric tube instead of thoracic drainage tube after thoracoscopy on postoperative pain of esophageal cancer

目的分析胸腔镜术后采用16F胃管替代胸腔引流管对食管癌术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年5月德阳市人民医院收治的86例食管癌患者,以随机信封法均分为2组,对照组43例选用28F传统胸腔引流管,试验组43例选用16F胃管作为胸腔引流管,统计2组伤口疼痛程度、舒适度、临床指标。结果试验组伤口疼痛程度低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组舒适度评分(62.13±2.52)分,高于对照组的(50.61±1.58)分,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组咳嗽咳痰时间、引流管拔管时间、住院时间、引流口渗液量低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组胸腔引流管堵管率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论胸腔镜术后采用16F胃管替代胸腔引流管对降低术后疼痛程度,提高患者舒适度,缩短住院及引流管拔管时间效果更理想,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of using 16F gastric tube instead of thoracic drainage tube after thoracoscopy on postoperative pain of esophageal cancer.Methods a total of 86 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(random envelope method),43 patients in the control group were selected with 28F traditional thoracic drainage tube,and 43 patients in the experimental group were selected with 16F gastric tube as thoracic drainage tube.The wound pain degree,comfort level and clinical indicators of the two groups were calculated.Results The degree of wound pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.The comfort level of the experimental group(62.13±2.52 points)was higher than that of the control group(50.61±1.58 points),and the statistical value was P<0.05.The clinical index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.The blocked rate of thoracic drainage tube(0.00%)had no difference from the control group(4.65%),and the statistical value was P>0.05.Conclusion Using 16F gastric tube instead of thoracic drainage tube after thoracoscopic surgery is more effective in reducing postoperative pain,improving comfort,and shortening hospitalization and drainage tube extubation time,which is worthy of reference.
