集束化综合护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果研究

目的观察集束化综合护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的预防效果。方法选取宜春市第二人民医院重症医学科(ICU)2018年1月—12月使用呼吸机超过48 h的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组给予ICU常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施集束化综合护理,对比2组VAP发生率及呼吸机使用总天数。结果对照组VAP发生率明显高于观察组,使用呼吸机的总天数明显长于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于ICU使用呼吸机的患者进行集束化综合护理,可以有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎发生,缩短呼吸机使用时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster comprehensive nursing on the prevention of ventilator-related pneumonia(VAP).Methods 60 patients with a ventilator of 48 H were selected from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,30 in the control group and 30 in the observation group.The control group gave routine care to ICU,and the observation group gave routine care and aggregate comprehensive care.The number of cases of VAP occurrence and the total number of days of ventilator use were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of VAP in control group was significantly higher than that of observation group,and the total number of days with ventilator was significantly longer than observation group.(P<0.05)is statistically significant.Conclusion For patients using ventilators,intensive comprehensive nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of ventilator-related pneumonia.
