摘要
哈萨克斯坦50万吨/年PX装置的SCS(顺序控制系统)采用的是AXENS专利控制系统,装置核心部分模拟移动床采用专用的顺序控制系统。通过PLC控制器控制吸附塔周围的144台分开关阀,对装置正常操作以及事故处理进行顺序控制,并通过拉曼光谱仪显示吸附塔内的物流组分浓度分布,从而达到将对二甲苯吸附分离的目的。
The sequential control system(SCS) of Kazakhstan′s PX unit with 500 000 tons per year is the AXENS patent-controlled system. The simulated moving bed, the key part of the PX unit, uses the sequence control system(SCS). The PLC controller is used to control the 144 switch valve around the adsorption tower. Sequence control is carried out on the normal operation and accident treatment, and the concentration distribution of logistics component in the adsorption tower is showed through the Raman spectrometer. Thus, the p-xylene adsorption was separated.
