物联网产业正处于蓬勃发展的前夜,各国政府都高度重视物联网产业的发展。中国在制定针对物联网产业的政策时应该避免陷入锚定效应所带来的阿玛拉现象,即对技术影响的高估或低估,只有政策与产业发展实际相匹配,才能推进物联网产业的发展。拔苗助长只会贻误物联网产业的宝贵发展契机,并破坏物联网产业的正常生态。关于物联网的政策应该聚焦于行业规则、基础设施、安全标准、知识体系以及人才队伍的建设,聚焦于物联网行业中的非竞争性领域,而竞争性领域交由物联网企业自行发展,真正体现市场配置资源的作用。

The Internet of things industry is in the eve of vigorous development,and governments all over the world attach great importance to the development of the Internet of things industry.China should avoid falling into the Amara phenomenon caused by anchoring effect when formulating policies for the Internet of things industry:overestimate or underestimate the impact of technology.Only when the policy matches the actual development of the industry can the development of the Internet of things industry be promoted.It will only delay the valuable development opportunity of the Internet of things industry and destroy the normal ecology of the Internet of things industry.The policy on the Internet of things should focus on the construction of industry rules,infrastructure,safety standards,knowledge system and talent team,and focus on the non competitive areas in the Internet of things industry,while the competitive areas are left to the development of Internet of things enterprises,which truly reflects the role of market allocation of resources.
