比较2种不同采样方法对空气微生物消毒效果的影响 被引量:1

Comparison of effect of two different sampling methods on air microbial disinfection

摘要 目的六级筛孔空气撞击式采样器采样和液体撞击式采样器采样是空气消毒相关卫生标准中使用的2种不同的微生物采样方法,比较这2种采样方法对空气微生物消毒效果的影响。方法设计同时采样比较试验和实验室试验对2种不同微生物采样方法进行比较,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果在同样条件下,用液体采样的方法采集的菌落数明显高于六级筛孔采样器采样方法。当样品的消毒效率较高(高于95%)时,液体采样方法得到的杀灭率明显高于六级筛孔采样器采样方法;当样品的消毒效率较低(低于70%)时,六级筛孔采样器采样方法得到的杀灭率高于液体采样方法。结论液体采样方法在高浓度微生物气溶胶采集上有较大优势;六级筛孔采样器采样的结果更符合样品的实际微生物消毒效果。 Objective Six-level sieve hole sampler sampling method and liquid sampling method are two different sampling methods used in the relevant hygienic standards for air microbial disinfection. To compare the effect of this two different sampling methods on air microbial disinfection. Methods A simultaneous sampling comparison experiment and a laboratory comparison experiment were designed to compare two different microbial sampling methods. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Under the same conditions,the number of bacterial colonies collected by liquid sampling method was significantly higher than that of the six-level sieve hole sampler sampling method. When the disinfection efficiency of samples is higher(above 95%),the killing rate obtained by the liquid sampling method is significantly higher than that by the six-level sieve hole sampler sampling method. When the disinfection efficiency of samples is low(less than 70%),the killing rate obtained by the six-level sieve hole sampler sampling method is higher than that by the liquid sampling method.Conclusion Liquid sampling method has a great advantage in collecting high concentration microbial aerosol. The results of the six-level sieve hole sampler are more in line with the actual microbial disinfection effect of the sample.
