2016年重庆市放射性核素γ能谱分析能力考核结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the assessment results of radionuclide γ spectrum analysis ability in Chongqing in 2016

摘要 目的为了加强实验室的质量控制,提升实验室的测量能力,本实验室自愿报名参加中国CDC辐射安全所举办的2016年全国放射性核素γ能谱分析能力考核,检测本实验室γ能谱运行状态,验证技术人员分析处理数据的正确性和准确度。方法按照国家标准,利用γ能谱仪分析样品中放射性核素^(137)Cs、^(232)Th和^(40)K的含量。结果本实验室能力考核样品的测量值相对参考值偏差^(137)Cs为-0.87%,^(232)Th为-16.40%,^(40)K为-5.24%,准确度与精确度符合判定标准,判定结果为合格。本实验室提交的三种核素的测量结果没有能同时满足μ检验值≤1和∣Z检验值∣≤1,所以没能进入优秀候选。结论本实验室采用的分析方法正确,数据处理有效可靠。 Objective In order to strengthen the laboratory’s quality control and improve the laboratory’s assessment ability,the laboratory voluntarily participated in the 2016 national radionuclide energy spectrum analysis ability assessment held by the radiation safety institute of CDC,China,so as to test the laboratory’s energy spectrum operation status,and verify the correctness and accuracy of technical personnel’s analysis and processing data. Methods According to the national standard,the contents of^(137)Cs,^(232)Th and^(40)K in the samples were analyzed by gamma spectrometer. Results The deviation of the measured value relative to the reference value of the tested samples in this laboratory is^(137)Cs(-0. 87%),^(232)Th(-16. 4%) and^(40)K(-5. 24%).The accuracy and accuracy meet the criteria,and the result is qualified. The measurement results of three kinds of nuclides submitted by our laboratory failed to satisfy both the sampling test value ≤1 and the sampling test value ∣ Z ∣ ≤1,so they failed to enter the excellent candidate. Conclusion The analytical method adopted in this laboratory is correct and the data processing is effective and reliable.
