摘要
基于绿色发展理念,构建绿色物流发展效率指标体系,运用非期望产出的超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数对我国绿色物流效率进行静态和动态分析与研究。研究结果表明:我国绿色物流效率整体水平不高,但总体呈上升趋势;区域差异特征明显,呈现出“东>西>中”的格局,但随着时间推移,差异有所收敛;绿色物流发展动态效率整体呈现上升趋势,其中技术效率变化是最重要的提升动力,主要原因在于我国绿色物流发展规模效率的增长。
Based on the concept of green development,a static and dynamic research on the efficiency of China’s green logistics is constructed through the index system of green logistics development efficiency and the super-efficiency SBM model of undesired output and the Malmquist index.The research results show that the overall level of green logistics efficiency is not high,but the overall trend is increasing;the regional differences are obvious,showing a pattern of“East>West>Middle”,but with the passage of time,the differences have converged;the overall dynamic efficiency of green logistics development shows an upward trend and changes in technical efficiency are the most important driving force for improvement,mainly due to the increase in the scale and efficiency of China’s green logistics development.
