上海市托幼机构新冠肺炎防控消毒和个人防护用品现状调查

Investigation on the actuality of prevention disinfection and personal protective equipment for COVID-19 in kindergartens of Shanghai

目的了解上海市托幼机构的新冠肺炎防控消毒物资和个人防护用品的储备和使用现状。方法通过现场观察和问卷调查方式,对上海市64家托幼机构消毒产品和个人防护用品的配备情况、规范程度和使用情况开展调查与分析。结果消毒药械中含氯或含溴消毒剂、蒸汽或煮沸消毒器、呕吐物应急处置包、手消毒剂配备率为100%。个人防护用品中手套、护目镜和口罩配备率为100%。托幼机构使用的消毒产品有55%未备案。有34.38%托幼机构储备及使用的部分口罩不符合标准。有部分托幼机构不了解临时留观区域使用后的物体表面需要终末消毒。结论所调查的托幼机构均配备了基本的消毒物资和个人防护用品,但物资规范程度尚待加强,消毒药械的使用方法需进一步提高。

Objective To understand the current situation of the stock and use of COVID-19 prevention and control and disinfection materials and personal protective equipment in kindergartens of Shanghai,so as to provide a basis for scientific prevention and control.Methods Through on-site observation and questionnaire surveys,the provision,standardization and use of disinfection products and personal protective equipment in 64 kindergartens of Shanghai were investigated and analyzed.Results For the disinfection equipment,chlorine or bromine-containing disinfectants,steam-boiled sterilizer,vomit emergency treatment kits and hand sanitizer were equipped with 100%.For personal protective equipment,gloves,goggles and masks were equipped with 100%.55%of disinfection products used in kindergartens had not been registered.34.38%of kindergartens reserved and used masks that did not meet the standard,and some kindergartens did not know that the surface of objects in temporary observation area needed terminal disinfection after use.Conclusion The kindergartens investigated are all equipped with basic disinfection materials and personal protective equipment,but the level of material specifications needs to be strengthened,and the use methods of disinfection equipment needs to be further improved.
