金华市医务人员手卫生质量影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis on influencing factors of hand hygiene quality in medical staff in Jinhua

目的探讨医疗机构医务人员手卫生质量的影响因素。方法设计调查问卷开展医疗机构手卫生质量监测工作,采用χ2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析对监测对象进行相关影响因素分析。结果360名参与监测与调查的医务人员的手卫生合格率为84.17%。单因素分析显示,性别、岗位、教育程度、手卫生培训次数、对洗手指征了解程度、指甲长度、是否按照六步法要求、洗手用品、洗手揉搓时间、洗手冲洗时间、水龙头开关、干手方式以及是否使用快速手消毒剂显著影响手卫生合格率(P<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,性别、手卫生培训次数、是否按照六步法要求、洗手揉搓时间、洗手冲洗时间、干手方式是医务人员手卫生合格率的影响因素。结论手卫生质量的影响因素较多,应加强医务人员的手卫生培训和依从性管理,完善手卫生设施,规范手卫生过程。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of hand hygiene quality of medical staff in medical institutions.Methods A questionnaire was designed to carry out hand hygiene quality monitoring in medical institutions.Chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze relevant influencing factors of the monitored objects.Results The hand hygiene qualified rate of 360 medical staff participating in the monitoring and survey was 84.17%.Univariate analysis showed that gender,position,education level,number of hand hygiene training,understanding of finger washing signs,fingernail length,whether to follow the requirements of six-step method,hand washing supplies,rubbing time,washing time,tap switch,methods for hand drying and quick hand disinfectant significantly affect the qualified rate of hand hygiene(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,numbers of hand hygiene training,whether to follow the requirements of six-step method,rubbing time,washing time,and methods for hand drying were the influencing factors of qualified rate of medical staff hand hygiene.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the quality of hand hygiene.Hand hygiene training and compliance management of medical staff should be strengthened,hand hygiene facilities should be improved,and hand hygiene procedures should be standardized.
