摘要
脉冲电场消融与治疗心房颤动的射频消融和冷冻消融相比,具有组织特异性、超快速非热消融、不易损伤邻近组织器官等特点,有望成为心房颤动消融领域的一大进步。现主要介绍心房颤动脉冲电场消融及其进入心房颤动领域之路、机制、特性等方面的研究进展。
Compared with radiofrequency ablation and cryoablation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation,pulsed field ablation has the characteristics of tissue specificity,ultra-rapid non-thermal ablation and not easy to damage adjacent tissues and organs,so it is expected to be a great progress in the field of atrial fibrillation ablation.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of pulsed field ablation of atrial fibrillation and its way,mechanism and characteristics.
