母猪上呼吸道感染金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定 被引量:4

Isolation and Identification of Staphylococcus Aureus Infection from upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Sows

摘要 从内蒙古呼和浩特市郊区某猪场饲养的母猪鼻腔分泌物中分离到1株病原细菌。经细菌纯化培养和生化鉴定后,结果表明该细菌为革兰氏阳性。菌体形态为成对、短链状、葡萄串状排列的球菌。进一步进行了PCR扩增产物测序分析发现该菌株与金黄色葡萄球菌的同源性达99%。药敏试验显示,该菌株对拜有利高度敏感,对庆大霉素、头孢噻污、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素、氯霉素中度敏感,对林可霉素、四环素等耐药。结果显示,该分离菌符合金黄色葡萄球菌的生物学及分子学特性。 A pathogenic bacterium was isolated from the nasal secretions of sows raised in a pig farm on the outskirts of Hohhot,Inner Mongolia.After bacterial purification and biochemical identification,the results showed that the bacteria were gram-positive.The morphology of the bacteria is a pair of cocci,short-chain,and grape-like arrangement.Further sequencing of the PCR amplification product revealed that the strain had 99% homology with Staphylococcus aureus.The drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was highly sensitive to baytril,moderately sensitive to gentamicin,cefotaxime,ofloxacin,kanamycin,chloramphenicol,and resistant to lincomycin and tetracycline.The results showed that the isolate was in accordance with the biological and molecular characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus.
