摘要
心血管疾病已经成为全球范围内死亡的最主要原因,而在医学留学生实习的过程中,心血管系统临床实习又是非常关键的阶段。西安交通大学第一附属医院心血管内科自2012年开始尝试将导师责任制联合应用案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)引入医学留学生临床实习中,并按照临床实习模式的确定、组织实施、监督检查及考核评估等方面进行实施。本文通过分析在心血管内科中实施留学生导师责任制联合CBL教学法的临床实习带教模式中所取得的成绩和存在的问题,并提出了相应的改善措施。
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide.In the process of internship for international medical students,clinical practice of cardiovascular system is a very critical stage.The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University has tried to introduce the case-based learning(CBL)method of tutor responsibility system into the clinical practice of international medical students in 2012.Supervision,inspection and assessment shall be implemented.This article analyzes the achievements and problems in the clinical practice teaching mode of the international student tutor responsibility system combined with CBL teaching method in cardiovascular internal medicine,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
