阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松症的效果及对患者骨代谢的影响

Effect of alfacalcidol combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis and its influence on bone metabolism

目的分析阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松症(OP)的效果及对患者骨代谢的影响。方法选取我院2018年11月至2020年5月收治的118例老年OP患者,将其随机分为对照组(59例,阿法骨化醇)和试验组(59例,阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组S-Ca、S-P、BMD、TGF-β1及IGF-1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),OC、BALP、TRACP-5b、TNF-α水平及VAS、ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年OP的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者体内骨代谢指标和细胞因子水平,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者活动能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of alfacalcidol combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP)and its influence on bone metabolism.Methods One hundred and eighteen elderly patients with OP admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(59 cases,alfacalcidol)and experimental group(59 cases,alfacalcidol combined with alendronate sodium).The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of S-Ca,S-P,BMD,TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of OC,BALP,TRACP-5b,TNF-αand VAS,ODI scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alfacalcidol combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with OP has significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the bone metabolism indexes and cytokine levels,relieve pain and improve the activity ability of patients.
