增强型体外反搏联合硝酸酯类药物治疗冠心病的效果及对心功能的影响

Effect of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with nitrates in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its influence on cardiac function

目的探讨增强型体外反搏联合硝酸酯类药物治疗冠心病的效果及对心功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月至2019年1月收治的98例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各49例。对照组采用硝酸酯类药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用增强型体外反搏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、心脏功能指标、心肌功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的CO、EF及DC均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的cTnI及NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增强型体外反搏联合硝酸酯类药物治疗冠心病具有较好的效果,能够改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with nitrates in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its influence on cardiac function.Methods A total of 98 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nitrates,and the experimental group was treated with enhanced external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indexes,myocardial function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CO,EF and DC in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnI and NT-proBNP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation combined with nitrates in the treatment of coronary heart disease has a good effect,it can improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
