小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果

Clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月收治的78例硬核白内障患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组39例。对照组采取小切口超声乳化白内障手术治疗,治疗组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后2个月,对照组有1例(2.56%)、治疗组有11例(28.21%)裸眼视力达到1.0~1.5,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后2个月的散光度为(0.89±0.34),显著低于对照组的(1.39±0.57)(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症总发生率为2.56%,显著低于对照组的23.08%(P<0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障效果显著,不仅能促进患者裸眼视力及散光度的改善,还能减少并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods A total of 78 patients with hard nucleus cataract treated from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery,while the treatment group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Two months after operation,the uncorrected visual acuity of 1 patient(2.56%)in the control group and 11 patients(28.21%)in the treatment group achieved 1.0-1.5,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The astigmatism of the treatment group at 2 months after operation was(0.89±0.34),which was significantly lower than(1.39±0.57)of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was 2.56%,which was significantly lower than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract has a significant effect,it not only promotes the improvement of uncorrected visual acuity and astigmatism,but also reduces the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
