通心络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及对血脂、血清炎症因子水平的影响

Clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris and its influence on the levels of blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors

目的探讨通心络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及对血脂、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,基础治疗+瑞舒伐他汀钙片)和观察组(40例,基础治疗+瑞舒伐他汀钙片+通心络胶囊)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂和血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著,可改善患者的血脂水平,减轻组织炎性反应程度,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris and its influence on the levels of blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(40 cases,basic treatment+rosuvastatin calcium tablets)and observation group(40 cases,basic treatment+rosuvastatin calcium tablets+Tongxinluo capsule)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,the levels of blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups decreased,while the level of HDL-C increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the blood lipid level and reduce the degree of tissue inflammatory reaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
