基于远程医疗技术的护理干预在社区压力性损伤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention based on telemedicine technology in patients with stress injury in community

目的探讨基于远程医疗技术的护理干预在社区压力性损伤患者中的应用效果。方法按照便利抽样法选取2018年5月至2019年5月4家社区服务中心收治的120例压力性损伤患者,采用随机整群分组原则将4家社区分为试验组(A、B社区,基于远程医疗技术的护理干预)和对照组(C、D社区,常规医院-社区压力性损伤护理干预),每组60例。比较两组患者干预前及干预6个月后的伤口愈合情况和生存质量。结果干预6个月后,试验组的PUSH评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,试验组的生理领域、心理领域评分及生存质量总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将远程医疗技术应用于社区压力性损伤患者的护理管理中,可有效促进伤口愈合,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on telemedicine technology in patients with stress injury in community.Methods According to the convenience sampling method,120 patients with stress injury in 4 community service centers admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and the 4 communities were divided into experimental group(communities A and B,nursing intervention based on telemedicine technology)and control group(communities C and D,routine hospital-community stress injury nursing intervention)using the principle of random cluster grouping,with 60 cases in each group.The wound healing and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after 6 months of intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the PUSH score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of physiological field,psychological field and total score of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The telemedicine technology applied in the nursing management of patients with stress injury in community can effectively promote wound healing and improve the quality of life of patients.
