实现中华民族伟大复兴,必须坚持中国共产党的领导、巩固党的长期执政地位,而要做到这一点,与党的纪律建设密不可分。党的纪律是党的各级组织和全体党员必须遵守的行为规则,是维护党的团结统一、完成党的任务的保证。纪律建设是无产阶级政党的本质属性和根本要求。作为党的建设的一项重要内容,党的纪律建设是以马克思主义政党学说为指导,以党内法规制度规范党的各级组织和全体党员行为的理论与实践活动,旨在保障全党在思想上政治上行动上与党中央保持高度一致、保障党的各项任务顺利完成。成立至今,我党的纪律建设经历了萌芽探索、曲折波动、恢复发展、全面推进四个阶段,取得了巨大的成就,也获得了宝贵的经验,即推进纪律建设要秉持基本原则、要不断丰富形式和内容、要与体制改革相辅相成、要与制度建设相互融合、要与法治建设相得益彰。

To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and consolidate the long-term ruling position of the party,and to achieve this,it is closely related to the discipline construction of the party.Party discipline is the rules of conduct that the party organizations and all party members must abide by,and it is the guarantee of maintaining the unity of the party and completing the party’s tasks.Discipline construction is the essential attribute and fundamental requirement of the proletarian party.As an important part of the party’s construction,the party’s discipline construction is a theoretical and practical activity guided by the Marxist theory of the party and regulated by the inner-party laws and regulations at all levels of the party’s organizations and the behavior of all party members.It aims to ensure that the whole party is highly unified in ideology,politics and action,and ensure the smooth completion of the party’s tasks.Since its establishment,the discipline construction of our party has experienced four stages:germination exploration,twists and turns,recovery and development,and comprehensive promotion.It has achieved great achievements and gained valuable experience.That is,to promote discipline construction,we should adhere to the basic principles,constantly enrich forms and contents,complement each other with system reform,integrate with system construction,and complement the rule of law construction.
