西曲矿18403工作面构筑密闭墙新工艺的实践

摘要 为解决西曲矿构筑密闭墙期间工程量多、工期长、工人劳动强度大、机械化程度低、施工安全性差、墙体强度低、密闭效果欠佳等问题,本文以西曲矿18403工作面密闭墙为试验点,通过数据分析、工程实践等方法,引入了采用高水材料充填密闭墙的新工艺,应用到现场后,取得了良好的经济效益,此工艺对西曲矿类似工作面构筑密闭墙具有参考价值。 In order to solve the problems of large amount of work,long construction period,high labor intensity,low mechanization,poor construction safety,low wall strength and poor sealing effect during the construction of closed wall in Xiqu coal mine,this paper takes the closed wall of 18403 working face in Xiqu Coal Mine as the test point,and introduces a new technology of filling the closed wall with high water material through numerical calculation and engineering practice Good economic benefits have been achieved after the field operation.This technology has important reference value for similar working faces in Xiqu coal mine to construct closed wall.
