摘要
针对官地矿36408工作面充填垮落协同开采方案进行优选研究,阐述了充填协同开采的理论依据;针对36408工作面的具体条件,提出了3种开采方案:充填垮落协同开采(不夯实)、充填垮落协同开采(夯实)、全断面全部充填方案,通过对比分析,最终选定方案一,并配备了ZC-5200/20/40(带夯实机构)的充填液压支架;最终计算得到在方案一情况下设计生产能力为117.1万t/a。
In this paper, the optimization research of filling caving collaborative mining scheme for 36408 working face in Guandi Coal Mine is carried out, and the theoretical basis of filling collaborative mining is elaborated. According to the specific conditions of 36408 working face,three mining schemes are proposed: filling caving coordinated mining(not tamping), filling caving collaborative mining(tamping), and full face full filling scheme. Through comparative analysis, the first scheme is finally selected, It is also equipped with zc-5200/20/40(with tamping mechanism) filling hydraulic support, and the design production capacity is 1171000 T/A under scheme Ⅰ.
