摘要
针对腾晖煤业42200采煤工作面瓦斯含量较高的问题,采用理论计算和工程经验针对瓦斯含量及治理技术进行研究,工作面回采时预测本煤层绝对瓦斯涌出量为6.27m^(3)/min,邻近层绝对瓦斯涌出量为7.08m^(3)/min;采用“本煤层预抽、上邻近层裂隙带钻孔抽采、顶板孔抽采和大孔径钻孔抽采”技术方案进行瓦斯治理,通过现场瓦斯浓度监测,可知此技术方案可以有效防止瓦斯聚集问题,保证工作面安全生产。
Aiming at the problem of high gas content in the 42200 coal mining face of Talesun Coal Industry,theoretical calculations and engineering experience are used to study the gas content and control technology,and the absolute gas emission of this coal seam is predicted to be 6.27m^(3)/min,the absolute gas emission of adjacent layers is 7.08m^(3)/min;the technical scheme of"pre-drainage in this coal seam,drilling and drainage in the fracture zone of the upper adjacent layer,roof hole drainage and large-aperture drilling and drainage"is adopted for gas control,Through on-site gas concentration monitoring,it can be known that this technical solution can effectively prevent gas accumulation and ensure safe production at the working face.
