摘要
煤矿中监测皮带运输机的技术方法多是基于硬件,成本高且易受外界影响。因此,以鲍店煤矿皮带运输机作为监测研究对象,基于视频图像处理技术,采用比较完善的状态机变换机制,设计一套皮带运动状态的监测系统,通过对皮带的实时监控视频进行处理分析,判断皮带运载过程中的运动状态并对非正常状态进行报警。该系统可以实现对皮带的无接触检测,在保证检测结果准确率的情况下,不需硬件设备支持,降低了监测皮带运动状态的实施成本。
Technical methods for monitoring belt conveyors in coal mines are mostly hardware-based,which is expensive and susceptible to external influences.Therefore,taking Baodian Coal Mine belt conveyor as the monitoring research object and adopting a comparatively perfect state machine transformation mechanism,Dong Jimeng Song Yongliang,Meng Tong and Sun Jianshu designed a monitoring system of the moving belt state based on the video process,which could judge the moving state of the belt during transportation and alarm the abnormal states.The system can realize the non-contact monitoring of the belt,without the support of hardware equipment to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring results,which reduces the implementation cost of monitoring the belt movement state.
