摘要
研究综采面巷道通风除尘方式,利用ANSYS软件仿真模拟,采用压入式,粉尘较大,对于煤矿的安全生产存在较大隐患。通过仿真分析和实地试验测量,验证了针对综采面除尘优化策略的适用性,对比得出长压短抽式通风方式的出风口距离工作面5m时,能够快速除尘,巷道中粉尘浓度可降低到6mg/m^(3)以下。
The study of ventilation and dust removal methods for tunnels in fully mechanized coal mining face,using ANSYS software simulation simulation,adopts the press-in type,and the dust is relatively large,which poses greater hidden dangers to the safe production of coal mines.Through simulation analysis and field test measurements,the applicability of the optimization strategy for dust removal in fully mechanized coal mining faces is verified.The comparison shows that when the air outlet of the long-pressure and short-extraction ventilation method is 5m away from the working surface,the dust can be removed quickly and the dust concentration in the roadway can be reduced.To below 6mg/m^(3).
