高强度聚酯纤维柔性网在倾斜综采工作面末采的应用

High strength polyester fiber flexible net process applicated in inclined fully-mechanized face end mining support

为了进一步加快倾斜综采工作面回撤效率和提高综采工作面末采支护的安全可靠性,本文以北辛窑煤矿8103综采工作面为研究对象,分析总结了高强度聚酯纤维柔性网与金属网在安全、经济、操作难易程度上存在的差别,得出了高强度聚酯纤维柔性网具有节省人力、安全可靠、支护强度大、提高末采收尾效率等特点,为回撤液压支架留设机道、撤出设备期间提供了安全保障。

In order to further accelerate the retracing efficiency of inclined fully-mechanized face and improve the safety and reliability of mining support at the end of fully-mechanized face,this paper takes 8103 full-mechanized face in Beixinyao Coal Mine as the research object,and analyzes and summarizes the high strength polyester.The difference between the fiber flexible net and the metal net in terms of safety,economy and ease of operation,the high-strength polyester fiber flexible net has the characteristics of saving manpower,safety and reliability,high support strength,and improving end-harvesting efficiency.It provides safety guarantee for retracting the hydraulic support and withdrawing the equipment.
