摘要
以通用机械设备可靠性维护管理系统为基础,结合煤矿主通风机现场应用情况的统计数据,深入分析了影响其可靠性的主要因素,有针对性地制定切实可行的可靠性维护策略,研究和构建煤矿主通风机可靠性维护管理系统,实现设备状态监测和维修策略的系统化、智能化、高效化管理。
Based on the general mechanical equipment reliability maintenance management system,combined with the statistical data of the field application of the main ventilator of the coal mine,the main factors affecting its reliability are analyzed in depth,and the feasible reliability maintenance strategy is developed in a targeted manner.Establish a reliability maintenance management system for coal mine main ventilators,and realize systematic,intelligent and efficient management of equipment condition monitoring and maintenance strategies.
