This paper designs the air conditioning and ventilation system of the kitchen space in the basement of a public building combined with specific project case, including the oil fume exhaust system, the air supply and supplement system of the air conditioning post and the independent mechanical air supply and exhaust system. It also carries out the air volume calculation and fan selection. In addition, this paper discusses the system design and construction related issues, to provide reference for the design and construction of public building kitchen ventilation.
